My Work: Inspiring folks to take the Accredited Financial Counsellor Canada Course

My Roots: I have been in the Credit Counselling world for over 13 years. Working with clients in financial crisis and those that just wanted some simple tips to manage their funds better. My new gig in the above position is a whole new world and an exciting one.

My Passion: Helping People see that there is hope no matter what the circumstances.

My Hero: Oprah

My Favorite Quote: I have too many to pick just one!!

My Favorite Personal Finance Resource: All books relating to people and their money. I especially like the books that focus on the psychological side of money.

My Advice To Someone Going Through the AFC Program or, on the Canadian Side of Things, the AFCC Program: This designation elevates your skill set and sets you apart from the other practitioners that do not carry any formal designation/accreditation.

My Way of “Meeting People Where They Are”: Provide a sense of HOPE no matter what folks feel that have done wrong, stay positive that change is possible and that there is a solution to every problem.
