Member Meet-up: Building Community and Support Amongst Financial Professionals
As financial counselors, we provide services to our respective communities that go beyond organizing a budget or discussing debt. We give our clients a space to share what’s truly on their minds and hearts and we work to match their values with their financial goals. At the end of our work day, who do we turn to? Who can we trust to discuss the ins and outs of being a financial counselor? The purpose of this meet-up, led by Gwen Hartstein, is to discuss and learn from one another about how we can build a support network of local financial professionals to share experiences, learn of new resources and referrals for our clients, discuss the highs and lows of our profession, discover new outlets for professional development, and overall provide and receive support.
Member Meet-ups are member led and meant to be informative. The success of these events also rely greatly on your participation. Come ready to add to the conversation!
