The mission of AFCPE®’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion task force is to encourage cultural and social sensitivity between AFCPE® professionals who counsel and coach a diverse population, guaranteeing every voice is heard within the field of personal finance to more intentionally and inclusively impact all members of our society.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Toolkit

To offer guidance and support, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion task force has created a toolkit. This toolkit contains resources and worksheets addressing various topics from cultural competency to implicit bias. These resources have been vetted and approved, not only by the task force members but also by the AFCPE® Board of Directors (via the task force Board liaison).
