Position Description
Plootus is seeking AFC candidates to contribute to financial wellness initiatives by assisting with the creation of educational content, presentations, and training sessions. Volunteers will support curriculum development, assist in preparing webinars, and help create engaging, evidence-based resources to empower individuals and communities to improve financial health.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Plootus staff to design and refine curriculum and presentation materials.
- Develop educational tools and resources for diverse audiences.
- Assist in planning and delivering webinars and virtual trainings.
- Moderate Q&A sessions and provide logistical support during live events.
- Contribute ideas to enhance accessibility, engagement, and impact of financial education programs.
Time Commitment/Availability
5–50 hours per month, flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current AFC® candidate.
- Strong interest in financial counseling, coaching, or education.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with curriculum development, public speaking, or adult learning principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
