Putting Your Safety First
Stay Safe While Traveling Know your surroundings and follow these key tips:
- Travel in groups and stay alert
- Plan your route in advance
- Use rideshare services carefully — always verify license plates
- Keep valuables out of sight
- Stick to well-lit areas and head out before businesses close
- Be respectful of local communities

Virtual Attendee Hub
As a virtual attendee, you’ll have full access to our Symposium platform, including a live stream of all general sessions and the ability to engage via chat with both virtual and in-person attendees. You’ll also be able to browse OnDemand content such as Posters and OnDemand Sessions, as well as the Exhibitor Directory and its resources.

- A WIFI-connected device (computer preferred; tablets and mobile devices accepted)
- A stable WIFI connection (check your speed HERE)
- A supported web browser (Google Chrome strongly recommended; Safari and Firefox accepted)
- Enable pop-ups in your browser settings
- Clear your cookies/cache before each day of the Symposium
- Bookmark the main lobby page after your first login for easy Symposium access

Cancellation Policy
While our hope is you’re able to join us, we understand plans change. Below is the cancellation policy language included in your registration.
Cancellation Policy (Except Scholarship Registrations): Registrations canceled prior to September 30, 2025, will be refunded in full*. *For registrations paid by credit card: Full refund will be made, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Due to Symposium content being available until May 2026, any cancellation requests received after September 30, 2025, will NOT be honored. ***Please note that submitting your online registration information obligates you to pay for registration. All cancellation requests must be submitted to AFCPE® in written form via email, to events@afcpe.org. *EXHIBITOR Registration Fee is Non-Refundable
In Person attendees may opt to switch to a Virtual attendee with no additional fees. Virtual attendees have access to the same content and CEU opportunities. Email events@afcpe.org to update your registration.
