Many clients know what to do with money, yet still struggle to follow through. This webinar explores how ADHD, anxiety, and executive-function challenges affect clients’ ability to take action and how financial professionals can coach for capacity, not just compliance. Participants will learn a compassionate, neuroscience-aware framework along with practical tools such as structured sessions, reminder systems, body-doubling, micro-steps, and shame-free accountability. Participants will walk away with strategies that improve client success while reducing burnout for the professional.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Recognize how ADHD and anxiety interfere with the executive functions needed for financial tasks.

Apply the Observe → Normalize → Empower approach to reduce shame and support follow-through.

Redesign action plans to match client capacity using timing tools, reminders, body-doubling, and micro-steps.

Evaluate personal boundaries and determine when a client may need additional support or referral.
