Mark Tibbs, AFC®️ is a financial coach dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their finances and live more fulfilling lives. As Owner and Financial Coach at ENRY Financial Coaching since 2020, Mark helps hard-working people manage their money through personalized coaching, group training workshops, and event speaking. His approach focuses on enabling clients to feel confident and educated about their financial journeys, with the ultimate goal of working himself out of a job by equipping them with lasting financial skills.

Mark’s expertise in budget management began during his service in the U.S. Air Force, where he held leadership positions including Commander of Communications Mission Systems Flight, supervising up to 150 individuals and administering multi-million dollar budgets. He played a key role in Hurricane Mitch disaster relief efforts and served as Pentagon Information Warfare & Security Officer, where he managed network security operations and reduced system vulnerability by 68% in six months. His military service earned him the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, and Humanitarian Service Medal.Following his military career, Mark spent 13 years at Dell in progressively senior roles, including Sr. Account Executive on the US Air Force Account Team.

Mark’s transition to financial coaching came after completing Certified Financial Planner®️ coursework, where he discovered his passion for the day-to-day aspects of helping people manage their finances. He obtained his Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC)®️ designation through AFCPE, finding that it aligned perfectly with his philosophy and target audience. Prior to launching ENRY Financial Coaching, he served as a Financial Coach at Foundation Communities for over seven years.

Mark holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Tampa.
