10th Annual Financial Education Summit

The 10th Financial Education Summit is held to bring together educators, researchers, and community leaders who offer financial education in Maryland to come together to navigate up-to-date research, practices, and insights into the financial education field. While Maryland is one of the richest states in the nation, practitioners in the field understand that the importance of equitable and accessible financial education is more important than ever. With changes every year in policy and tools, it can be hard to catch up with everything so that’s why you need to attend this event.

Speakers include Pam Capalad & Dyalekt of Get Shameless Inc., Gary Mottola, FINRA, Lynn McHann, AFC®. Sydni Fomas Do, University of Arizona, and Yanely Espinal, Miss Be Helpful and Next Gen. Personal Finance, just to name a few. Topics will range from how to heal your relationship with money, policies impacting individuals and families, vetting financial advice through social media, working with the neurodivergent population on personal finance, and much more.
