The Challenge
Bret Anderson, an AFCPE® member and AFC®, wanted to incorporate financial wellness into his psychological practice. He joined an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support this transitional approach; however, he was underwhelmed by the impact it was having on expanding financial counseling opportunities.
The Solution
Bret received an email from ACFPE announcing the creation of the Value of an AFC flyer, which included fillable fields designed to showcase his unique financial counseling services. He sensed that this free resource could simplify public outreach and get him in front of people in need of financial counseling. He personalized the flyer and shared it with EAP authorization managers.
