Practitioners Unite! Coaching Dynamics: Interactive Scenario Roleplay

Join us on April 9th, 2024, at 12 pm ET. This event is designed for financial coaches, counselors, and professionals looking to enhance their coaching skills through practical roleplaying and scenario simulations.

Throughout these exercises, attendees can refine their communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, which are crucial for effective financial counseling.

This event is member-led. We will utilize breakout rooms to create small groups of 5 where members can use a prepared, fictional scenario. The session will be broken into five sections so everyone will have the ability to role-play as the coach, as the client, and as a silent onlooker. Because of the nature of this event, please only attend the session if you can arrive at 12pm ET and stay for the entire hour.

We encourage participants to submit coaching scenarios relevant to their practice to memberservices@afcpe.org . Whether guiding clients through budgeting challenges, navigating debt management discussions, or helping individuals plan for long-term financial goals, submitting scenarios ensures realistic coaching practice for fellow professionals.
