Phuong Luong is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and founder of Just Wealth, a virtual, fee-only financial planning practice serving moderate-income clients. Previously, she was the Director of Financial Services for a national nonprofit, managing the recruitment, hiring, and training of financial counselors. She also trains organizations on building effective and culturally relevant financial programs for marginalized communities, and provides education on structural economic inequality. Her first career was as a math educator, special education case manager, and curriculum developer, for public schools throughout New England. Phuong is the Vice Chair of CFP Board’s Council on Education and a member of the Center for Financial Planning’s Diversity Advisory Group, to build recruitment pathways for planners from underrepresented communities and to retain them in the profession. Phuong earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.Ed in Special Education from Boston University. She completed the Financial Planning Program at Boston University and is a recipient of the Bob Glovsky Scholarship.

Jeff Rortherham‘s interest and passion regarding personal wealth management led to a chance encounter with Dan Gensler in January 2011. It was at this encounter that Dan and Jeff discovered they shared the same values, investment philosophies, and a mutual desire to serve. Jeff retired from active duty with 20 years of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) experience as a Master EOD Technician/Special Operations Operator. He has served in several combat theatres of operation to include Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jeff has 10+ years of Special Operations experience leading advanced EOD operational elements and teams. Throughout Jeff’s military service he has continually been nominated to serve as the Command’s Financial Specialist (CFS). Within this capacity he has helped countless service members and their families setup and coordinate various retirement vehicles to include Thrift Savings Plans (TSP), Individual IRAs, 401(k), 403(b), college-529 savings plans and others. Additionally, he ensured members had appropriate estate planning documents and were adequately insured. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and is designated Certified Financial Planner™.  He holds series 66 and 7 securities licenses and is currently the director of Financial Planning at The Gensler Group.
