Choose from Three Instructor-Led Programs
Registered Education Program
AFCPE partners with colleges and universities to offer educational pathways toward your AFC credential. You can sit for the exam after fulfilling the AFC requirements. Degree completion is not a pre-requisite.
Independent Trainer
The Independent Training Pathway lets you choose a trainer-developed program — either the AFC Learning System or a custom training — led by an AFC® certified professional. Discover if this option is right for you.
AFCPE® AFC® Prep Course
This dynamic, instructor-led experience combines expert guidance with the AFC Learning System to confidently prepare you for the exam. Enjoy live sessions and Q&A, a supportive peer community, and session recordings.

Each AFCPE Registered Education Program has their own tuition and fees that are assessed independent of the AFC Certification program. Registration with AFCPE must be done either while enrolled as a student or within seven-years post-graduation from the registered university.
The Certification Council does not require, provide, accredit, or endorse any specific study guides, training or review courses, or other examination preparation products. The Certification Council, certification staff, certification committee members, and certification subject matter experts do not have involvement in the creation, accreditation, approval, endorsement or delivery of examination review courses, preparatory materials, educational programs, or training programs/products that prepare candidates for the AFC certification examination.
