Empower Women Through Financial Coaching

*Some experience activities may be eligible for 1.5 hours for every 1 hour if under the supervision of an AFC professional.*

Join a mission with proven results. Working 4 Women (W4W) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping women from marginalized communities reach financial independence. We invest in their education and advocate for the removal of barriers in the workplace. The Money Talks program is a key component of our commitment to helping women achieve their full potential.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring empathy, patience, and a commitment to our mission.

Preferred Experience

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching (even in non-financial contexts).

  • Community Focus: Experience or deep understanding of the challenges faced by women from marginalized communities.

  • Financial Literacy: Prior involvement in financial literacy initiatives or programs.

  • Core Values: A listener who provides patient guidance and is comfortable with Zoom/virtual tools.

2026 Schedule & Commitment

  • Coach Training (Virtual): June 16th at 7:00pm

  • Kick-off: Week of June 22nd

  • Monthly Coaching Sessions: June 2026 – January 2027
