Dr. David Fernandez

Dr. David Fernandez, PsyD, JD, AFC® brings a unique combination of military discipline, legal expertise, and psychological insight to financial leadership and business strategy. A veteran by training, he currently serves as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at Robiz Solutions, a global digital marketing agency where he oversees financial planning, digital transformation strategy, and cross-departmental scalability for clients across the U.S., Europe, and the GCC.

With more than 15 years of experience in business consulting, financial strategy, and organizational leadership, David specializes in connecting creative innovation with financial discipline. As an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®️), he designs frameworks that improve organizational performance, strengthen financial resilience, and ensure long-term scalability through data-backed, people-focused strategies. Moreover, he provides business and financial consulting services that address financial and strategic concerns between clients, markets, and communities of the GCC.

In addition to his work overseas, he remains committed to the veteran population at home. He serves as current board member, and past Executive Director at Aspen Freehold Foundation, where he helped design educational initiatives for justice-involved veterans and at-risk populations regarding their financial and housing needs. Additionally, he conducted research on criminal justice reform and recidivism reduction and advised academic and governmental institutions on policy development within the Veteran Treatment Court system.

David is passionate about empowering organizations through financial clarity and systems that align profit with purpose. His approach integrates structure with empathy, bridging the gap between numbers and human behavior to create sustainable growth strategies.

David holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from the University of Arizona, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Stetson University College of Law, and a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®️) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
