  • Credit Card payments: Must be received by October 15, 2022, for Early Bird Pricing and November 1, 2022, for Standard Pricing.
  • Check payments: Must be post-dated by October 15, 2022, for Early Bird Pricing and November 1, 2022, for Standard Pricing.

    • Mail Check to: 79 S. State Street, D3, Westerville, OH 43081

Please note: 

  • Early Bird payments received after the cut-off date of September 30, 2022 may be subject to the Standard Pricing increase.
  • Symposium admittance, or access to the virtual platform, will not be accessible until payment in full is received.

To complete or pay for registration:

  • Use email at the top of the statement to log in
  • Once in the Attendee Registration:
    • Click on the Shopping Cart Icon to make a Payment
    • Click on the other icons to view or print your invoice
