The Financial Fitness Coach Program fully integrates counseling and coaching skills.

Upon completion, Financial Fitness Coaches will have the depth of knowledge and skills that allow them to meet clients wherever they are in their financial life, identify their financial goals, and collaborate with them to develop an action plan and appropriate steps to achieve those goals.

Coaching Competencies

    • Foster mutual commitment based upon client-initiated accountability plans
    • Define how and where progress is tracked
    • Ensure the steps are consistent with goal success or stated desired outcome
    • Review assessment periodically to determine progress

  5. Manage Progress
    • Celebrate successful achievement of the goal
    • Reestablish new goals where appropriate

  6. End the Coaching Relationship
    • Look back at what has been accomplished
    • Determine what is next for the client
    • Assess the coaching and client satisfaction
    • Conclude the relationship
