AFCPE Members are passionate about helping people with their finances to improve their lives. Many are AFC® or FFC® certified or have enhanced education and training that sets them apart from other job seekers in the field.

Join us on Thursday, April 22, 2021 for an enhanced virtual job fair to find your perfect candidate. 

As a participating employer, our virtual job fair platform provides you with: 

  • Booth Branding & Customized Content. You can control all the content that appears in your booths (videos, infographics, links, etc.) that convey your organization’s mission, vision, and culture.
  • Draw Attention to Open Positions. Let candidates know more about the position(s) you have available.
  • Search, Invite, & Pre-schedule Meetings. Before the event, you can search resumes and invite top candidates to visit your booth. 
  • Discoverable Booths. You can use booth tags like location, job category, experience level, and more in order to simplify the process for candidates and target the right fit for your open positions. 
  • Automated Queues. All chats are automatically facilitated by the platform. Additional technology allows you to prioritize meeting the most qualified candidates by assigning questions for specific job opportunities. 
  • Follow-Up Features. When you meet a candidate that you want to follow up with, you can use the functions built right into the Job Fair platform to expedite scheduling and prioritize follow-up. Whether it be right after a chat or after the event, you will have access to your chat transcripts and can choose to follow-up when it is best for you!

The AFCPE Job Fair is part of a larger Career Week for AFCPE Members. In addition to the benefits listed above, as a Sponsor, you gain:

  • 4 recruiter seats
  • A free basic or enhanced 30-day listing on AFCPE’s Career Center (can be utilized anytime in 2021)
  • Access to database of all registered job seekers (includes resume, profile information, contact info)
  • Suppose you aren’t quite in the recruitment stage where you’re ready to accept resumes or conduct interviews. Another good option to promote awareness of your company among your target audience is through a virtual info session. By holding a virtual info session, you can increase engagement and specifically target who you want when application time comes
  • A 10 to 15-minute employer spotlight session on Wednesday, April 21. This is a great way to promote awareness of your organization and increase engagement at your booth
  • Prime logo placement in the Job Fair platform and in event marketing

  • 30 days prior to Job Fair, you will be provided access to create and customize your own booth
  • During the live event, your representatives will connect 1-on-1 with attendees to meet them, answer questions, and determine how to move forward, all through the Job Fair platform
