Syble Solomon

Syble Solomon is the founder and president of LifeWise, a company dedicated to helping people develop the attitudes and actions today that will give them options and opportunities in the future. She is the creator of Money Habitudes, the deck of cards being used by financial practitioners in programs teaching financial literacy and financial responsibility at all socio-economic levels throughout the US, Canada and abroad. Formerly a member of the International Society for Retirement and Life Planning, Ms. Solomon became a member of AFCPE® when the two organizations merged in 2001. She served on the Board 2003-2004, was a member of the Life Planning committee during the transition and chaired the Diversity Committee. Ms. Solomon has presented workshops at AFCPE® conferences and co-presented on panels with other former IRSLP members. She currently served on the 2009 Conference Committee as a reviewer of workshops and awards. In 2006, she received the Mary Ellen Edmondson Educator of the Year award from AFCPE®. She has also received recognition as an outstanding part-time faculty member at University of North Carolina at Greensboro for her course, Preparing for the Third Age and she received the Smart Marriages 2009 Impact Award for creating an effective tool which helps couples communicate effectively about money issues. Ms. Solomon has been an executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership since 1995.
