FICO Score

Friday, August 7th, 2009

Our FICO score is used in about everything in our life. From what we pay in interest on loans, car insurance, getting an apartment or even a job and more. Have we become a society that is too dependent on the FICO score? Have we become lazy? How about the people who have a great FICO score yet have no income or money and were able to get a mortgage? More and more people are becoming debt free and are now paying cash. Since they no longer use debt their FICO scores are now at zero. Are these people being unfairly punished, for not worshipping FICO and debt? Should they be able to sue?
